The Real Curious Garden

The carousel of the pictures above are from the real “Curious Garden” its name is the “High Line”.  It is in New York City on an abandoned section of raised railroad track.  This means trains no longer run on the tracks and it is above the street.  Peter Brown, the author of The Curious Garden, was inspired by the real story of people in New York City working together to create a beautiful park trail of gardens and sculptures along an abandoned section or raised railroad track.  Click on the book cover to hear the story.    You will need your Online Resources Passwords
